Coronavirus infection control policy

We would like to reassure our clients that we remain open for business as usual, until such time as we are told otherwise.  We have always adopted a rigorous infection control policy and would like to highlight this to our clients.

  1. Clients are asked to hand sanitise upon entering the clinic.
  2. Our hands are regularly cleaned with both soap and water/hand sanitizer.
  3. Our uniform is sleeveless from the elbow, to ensure adequate handwashing.
  4. Disposable gloves are always worn when performing an ultrasound scan.
  5. The ultrasound bed is sanitised before and after each client.
  6. Fresh paper roll is also changed following each client.
  7. Our clinic is deep cleaned regularly.

The health and safety of our clients and staff is paramount.  In order to remain open for business and reduce the spread of this virus, we are now restricting our client’s family members to immediate family only when attending appointments.  We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause. We have always maintained 30 minute appointments to ensure our clients never feel rushed and our reception area is not busy.  We would kindly ask that you arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time and not any earlier to reduce the number of people waiting in our reception area at any one time.  If required in the forthcoming weeks, we will adopt lengthier appointment times (45 mins).

We are always contactable via our text messaging service, telephone number is on our website, and via social media.

We will be open for business from 9am tomorrow.  If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.  In the meantime, however, please ensure you following Public Health England guidance. If you are presenting with any of the symptoms, please telephone to amend your appointment.
